"I have always been a conservative surgeon, and I will try non-operative treatments first. I thoroughly evaluate and diagnose the problem before recommending a treatment. I've had many years of experience treating all kinds of extremities problems and complaints. And I feel that when a patient allows me to treat them, it is a commitment on my part to see them through to the resolution for their problem." - Jack Perlmutter, MD.
