The IVS Way of Vein Care

The IVS Way of Vein Care

Here at IVS our main priority is making sure our patients are treated with the best care and are at their most comfortable the minute they step into our clinic. We understand that receiving treatment can be stressful and want to make sure we can do our part in making our patients feel that they are the in the best hands. What makes IVS different than other vein clinics?

Smaller office with individual attentionIVS infographic (1).png

For starters, we embrace having a small, local practice that is not attached to a chain of clinics. This allows us to have relationships with each patient and give them the individual attention they deserve.

We also understand that insurance can be complicated and confusing, so we have an insurance specialist that takes care of the entire insurance process, from getting approval from your provider to the billing. Our specialist also helps patients receive the maximum amount of insurance coverage. This is just one of the ways that we take care of our patients and try to make the process as easy as possible.

Patient centric model

The way we set up our clinic is that the patient is always at the forefront. This means that we do not double book appointments and our patients have minimal wait time. We want all of our patients to feel that their time is valuable and should not have to wait to receive care from our doctors and nurses.

Interior design of our office

Again, we always think about our customers in everything we do. This extends to the design of our office. Our waiting room looks more like a living room with its comfortable and homey couches and chairs. We want our patients to feel at home the minute they step through the door. This thought extends throughout our office as well. As a local business we wanted to support local artists from our community and have their work hanging on our walls. Again, we want our clinic to feel welcoming and inviting for our patients all the way from the waiting room and beyond.

Consistent follow up

After treatment is completed, we do not forget about our patients. Quite the opposite. We want to ensure that your treatment was successful and provide any additional information and support that you made need. Once a patient at IVS, always a patient.

At IVS, our concern with our patients extends to everything we do. We simply do not settle for anything less than what is the best for each patient in our care. That is the IVS way.
